Refund Policy

Products and Services purchased are not refundable. All accounts are created with a free 30-day trial after billing information has been entered and accepted.  Customers may cancel their subscription before the end of this cycle to ensure that they will not be billed.  Once account based software access has been created and billed to the customer, there are no refunds or exchanges.

Trace Produce will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of account-based service that was a result of an incorrect email address and/or mailing address provided by you to Trace Produce. The customer is responsible for providing a valid and working e-mail address. Trace Produce reserves the right to review an account once it is created and before granting the customer full access to the account.  Trace Produce will grant access within what it deems is a 'Timely' manner.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO BILLING CANCELLATIONS FOR ONLINE ACCOUNTS THAT HAVE BEEN PROGRAMMED FOR ACCOUNT ACCESS AFTER AN ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BILLED. NOR WILL WE ACCEPT CLAIMS OF MISSING THE IMMEDIATE ONLINE LINKS THAT WERE PROVIDED TO YOU TO CREATE AND/OR CANCEL AN ACCOUNT. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS BILLING CANCELLATION POLICY.
